OUR PROGRAMS

We offer an age-appropriate curriculum, which follows milestone guidelines. Through our Tadpoles app, parents will receive a daily report detailing their child’s activities, achievements, and menu. Parents will receive weekly emails detailing lesson plans, snacks, and any other important information for the upcoming week.

Twos / Threes Program

La Maternelle’s twos program continues children’s social development. Our teachers encourage social interactions among the children and help them enhance their life skills. Classroom activities are designed to develop appropriate use of language. Activities are also designed to develop fine and gross motor skills. Children are exposed to colors, shapes, letters and numbers in French and in English, through play, art, stories and songs. Though our children work in small groups, our program also promotes self-confidence and a sense of autonomy through mastery of potty training and other important self-care skills.

Fours + Program

Respect, cooperation, patience, and kindness are values that are at the heart of our program. We support and encourage our students to apply these principles so that they could develop into the finest people. Our teachers model and teach the concept of sharing and what it means to be a good friend. Given our diverse, global society, it is important children learn to function as individuals as well as members of a group. We also focus on accepting responsibility for one’s own actions as we prepare your children for the next step in their education.

10:30am- 11:00am: Enrichment Class
11:00am-12:00pm: Outside Activities/Art Class
12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch/ Potty
1:00pm-3:00pm: Nap/quiet time
3:00pm-3:30pm: Snacks/Potty
3:30pm-4:00pm: Story time
4:00pm -4:30pm: Science
4:30pm-5:00pm: Choice time
5:00pm to 6:00pm: Pick up
